Before a survey team entered a fractured exterior interchange, a Red Oracle marked one route as the point where blood would be spilled. The team changed direction and found the marked corridor empty.

The prediction was filed as a failure until the crew returned. Their route change had diverted a second team into a collapsing stairwell. No one died, but three people were injured and the original corridor remained untouched.

The corrected record removes the language of certainty. The Oracle's addendum says the warning did not describe a place; it described the pressure created when people believed the place had already been chosen.
