Market Without Sellers

The crew found a row of stalls under a collapsed transit canopy. No person was present, but every stall held an object arranged as if an exchange had just ended: a cup beside a key, cloth beside a bolt, a sealed vial beside a child's drawing.

When the crew moved one object, another appeared in its place from somewhere outside the recorded frame.

They left everything untouched. MOTHER's image analysis found no mechanism. A leaked council note asks whether the market was abandoned or still operating without people. The route is not listed as a settlement because no one has proven that a seller needs to be visible for a transaction to occur.
