The crew found a donor chamber filled with rusted clamps, empty glass tubes and a row of mechanical cradles too small for any current Vault body. The room had been designed to continue operating after staff disappearance.

The Rustwomb reviewer identified a cooling system still cycling without power and found oxidized genetic material sealed inside the hinges rather than the storage tubes.

MOTHER requested the chamber's recovery. The reviewer returned only the maintenance key. Their note says the room was not waiting to produce a child; it was waiting for someone to mistake continuation for permission.
